If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, and need to utilize the service, please contact us at sales@klaritykosmetics.com to file a claim.
Please be sure to report any issues with your order within 7 days of the delivery date to ensure proper resolution. Any issue reported outside of the specified time frame may result in store credit.
International orders are non-refundable in the event a package is returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay custom fees, and the packaged is refused. Customers have the option to select which carrier they would like to use during checkout. Please select your preferred carrier responsibly, as Klarity Kosmetics is not responsible for custom duty fees, or taxes.
EU CUSTOMERS-RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To initiate a return or cancellation, contact us at SALES@KLARITYKOSMETICS.COM within 14 days of receiving your last item. You do not need to provide a reason.
Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Restocking fee: A restocking fee of 20% of the order value will be applied to all EU returns.
Refunds: Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed cosmetics or hygiene products that have been opened after delivery, where return is not suitable for health protection or hygiene reasons. This means our custom tape/seal has been tampered with/opened/cut etc, we are unable to accept returns due to hygiene/sanitation purposes
