How long is Klarity Kosmetics shipping and processing? 

We currently ship within 2-5 business days during non-sales and 7-10 business days during high volume sales, and 10-15 business days during holidays (Such as Black Friday and Christmas, etc.). This does not include pre-ordered items. If you added other items on an order that contained a pre-ordered item, everything will ship together along with the pre-ordered product.

PLEASE NOTE: THAT WHEN ORDERING A PRE-ORDERED ITEM/ITEMS FROM US AND IT HAS A "BEGIN SHIPPING BY" DATE ON IT, THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED ON THAT DAY. IT SIMPLY MEANS THAT WE WILL BEGIN SHIPPING ORDERS IN THE ORDER THEY WERE RECEIVED ON THAT DAY, AND ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN THE 7-10 BUSINESS DAY TIME FRAME ABOVE DUE TO THE HIGH SALES VOLUME. WE OPERATE WITH A SMALL TEAM OF 3 AND PUSH OUT AS MANY ORDERS AS WE CAN A DAY.

Once an order is pulled for processing to be shipped you will receive a shipping notification.

 

 I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

At checkout, our website gives you the option to receive your order confirmation via email or text message. In most cases, if you did not receive an email, it means sms was selected at check out. But no worries, if you did not receive either, send us a quick email to sales@klaritykosmetics.com along with the name that was on the order, and we will get your confirmation email or sms resent over to you.

 My order shows shipping label created, but tracking hasn’t updated yet.

Our shipping time frames vary depending on our order load. We print orders out in huge batches, and it is not uncommon for a tracking number to take a few days to update. We do this so that we can pull and ship more quickly. Orders are shipped in the order they were received unless the RUSH MY ORDER service was paid for.

My package shows delivered, but I didn't get it. What do I do?

My package is being returned to the sender, what do I do?

Orders maybe returned to us by a carrier for various reasons, such as insufficient address, customs fees not paid, never picked up, etc. For international orders, it can take 30-45 days for the assigned carrier to return a package to us. Once it is received back, we will notify you to see if you would like the items to be reshipped. Once confirmed we will send an invoice for you to repay the outgoing shipping charges. Should you choose not to have the package reshipped, we will refund the cost of your order minus shipping fees since these are paid directly to the shipping carrier when we shipped to you.

 

 PLEASE NOTE: KLARITY KOSMETICS IS UNABLE TO CONTROL ANY SHIPMENT DELAYS/ISSUES CAUSED BY THE SHIPPING CARRIERS

 

International Customers & Packages

Unfortunately, Klarity Kosmetics is not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be charged to you upon delivery of your package to your country, and we do not reimburse for it. Should you choose a shipping option and decide not to pay taxes and duties once it reaches your country, we do not refund the order nor shipping, since most times the delivery service will mark the package as abandoned and it’s often not returned to us. 

We also do not adjust the value on the label, as this is illegal. Klarity Kosmetics is also not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States. Please be sure to check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
