What is your return policy?


Your complete satisfaction with Klarity Kosmetics is extremely important to us. Therefore, we respectfully accept any return you may have on all unopened, unused products you may have. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for returned merchandise. We issue store credits in the form of a store gift card that never expires. In order to receive the store credit, the merchandise must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Once received, we will issue the electronic gift card to the email address that was provided, when your order was placed.

We apologize, but return shipping fees are NOT refundable.


How can I get Klarity Kosmetics samples?


Klarity Kosmetics does not mail out samples by request. We also do not carry sample sizes.


Do you accept wholesale orders?

Do you offer Coupon Codes?


Periodically, Klarity Kosmetics will offer promotional codes. Only 1 coupon code can be used per order. Current codes CANNOT be applied to any previous purchase and price adjustments will not be made. The coupon code is entered at check out.

Does Klarity Kosmetics send out PR Packages?


We DO NOT send out pr packages by request. We scout social media daily for new and upcoming talent as well as current talent. If we like your work, we send out a request to see if you would be interested in working with us. This helps cut down on individuals who aren’t serious and/or just looking to receive FREE product. We actively look for serious individuals that we can grow with. Your social media accounts must also be professional, public, and free of drama.
