This came broken just like the last palette I bought from this brand a few years ago. I tried to get a reimbursement on that last broken one but never did get it, so i decided to just remove the broken shade and mess it made and resell this one. This brand cant seem to get me a palette in one piece and I wont purchase from here again. I didnt actualiy try this, but in the past, their eyeshadow was good. Iโm just frustrated that this also came broken and wonโt be ordering again from Klarity.
