Order K21153 I am very disappointed in Klarity kosmetics as well as shop. I did not receive these following items .

$15.40, Girl Please $9.10, Crush $9.10, Banana split, pound cake, K9,K5,K4, frosty, jammed up, mannequin , skyn. 13 items were not delived to me .
Was it delivered in one package or two ? Anyway I got one package which didn’t hv these items. I want my refund for these items as these items were not delivered after charging whole amount on my credit card .
I have been eyeing this Bougee palette for a WHILE. I was so excited to see that it was on sale. Hopefully I can buy another before they are sold out.
This one is a pretty color, but a little hard to build the depth im looking for.
