I emailed customer service over the weekend, when will I get a reply back?
 
Unfortunately, our team only handles customer service inquiries Monday through Friday (Holidays & Weekends are excluded). We do not handle any customer inquiries on any social media platforms. Please send any and all customer service-related issues to sales@klaritykosmetics.com. Social media platforms are known to go down at times, and sending an email allows us to be able to always access correspondence at any given time.
 
Please allow 24-72 hours for a response.
 
How can I get Klarity Kosmetics samples?

Unfortunately, Klarity Kosmetics does not offer or carry samples. 
 
Are your products vegan and cruelty free?
 
Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty free, and are not tested on animals in any way. All ingredients can be found under each individual product that listed on our website.
 
Do you ship worldwide?
 
Klarity Kosmetics does ship worldwide. If you are having issues checking out, please send us an email at sales@klaritykosmetics.com
 
A product I want is out of stock, how can I be notified when it is restocked?
 
We restock our products often. However, under each sold out product, you will see a “Restock Notification” button, that gives you the option to be notified when a particular product has been restocked. This must be done under each product you are trying to be notified for. Once the product goes back in stock, our website will automatically send you an email to notify you.
 
Do you offer Coupon Codes?

Periodically, Klarity Kosmetics will offer promotional codes if we are running a sale, and only one coupon code can be used per order. Currently codes cannot be applied to any previous purchases and price adjustments cannot be made. The coupon code is entered at check out.

Does Klarity Kosmetics send out PR Packages upon request?

Unfortunately, Klarity Kosmetics does not send out pr packages by request. However, we do scout daily for new and upcoming talent, as well as current talent via our social media accounts. This includes bloggers and YouTuber's as well. If we like your work, we send out a request to see if you would be interested in working with us. We are still a small independent brand, so this helps cut down on individuals who are not serious and/or just looking to receive free products. We actively look for serious individuals that we can grow with. Your social media accounts must also be professional, public, and free of drama.

SHIPPING & RETURNS


CANCELLATIONS
 
All sales are final. We encourage you to buy responsibly and to be sure of your purchase before placing an order. Once orders are submitted, they automatically go into our processing and shipping cue, and we are unable to cancel it. Your order automatically goes into processing and is often already pulled and printed by our day or night crew and are shipped typically before our 5-7 business days shipping time frame. 
 
 
I need to make changes to my order and/or I need to update or make changes to my shipping address.
 
Unfortunately, due to high order volumes we are unable to alter or change an order once it has been placed. Should you forget to add something to your order, you would have to place an additional order. We are also unable to combine orders in our system.
 
If the wrong address was added to your order or you need to correct something in your address, please contact us immediately so that we can update it. Unfortunately, Klarity Kosmetics is not responsible for packages sent out to an incorrect address listed on your order and will be unable to provide a refund in the event this happens.
 
RETURNS
 
Your complete satisfaction with Klarity Kosmetics is extremely important to us. However, we are unable to accept returns on any OPENED and/or USED products.
 
We accept any return you may have on all unopened packages you may have within 3 days of receiving your order. This means the seal on our personalized tape must not be broken or tampered with.  Please contact us first prior to shipping your package back. We must be contacted within this time frame to ensure timely processing and will be unable to assist with a return should this time frame have passed.
 
We allow up to 7 days to return your unopened package to us once you have notified us within the original 3 days of receiving your order. We do understand that carriers have shipping delays, and therefore your package must show to be in transit to us on or before the 7th day. Any returns shipped after this time frame will not be refunded or returned. This time frame does exclude holidays and Sundays since most carriers are closed.

Once your package has been received back to our warehouse, we will inspect the merchandise to ensure the tape and seal have not been tampered with, and we will issue a refund back to your original payment source.
 
International orders are non-refundable in the event a package is returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay custom fees, and the packaged is refused. Customers have the option to select which carrier they would like to use during checkout. Please select your preferred carrier responsibly, as Klarity Kosmetics is not responsible for custom duty fees, or taxes.
 
 Return shipping fees are non-refundable since these are paid directly to the postal service. If you used the free shipping code, the shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund total.
 
 
How To Return An Item To Klarity Kosmetics
  • Package must be UNOPENED and ALL original components must still be inside the box. If the box has been opened and any items are missing, the return refund is subject to a rejection of refund, and we will unable to return the package back to you.

Klarity Kosmetics is not responsible for returned articles that were unclaimed, lost during transit, damaged items, or for items received after the stated return policy. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for a refund notification to be sent to your email inbox.
 
Your return value for individual items may vary based on if you used a discount code on order.
You are not required to return any free gifts we may have included in your purchase, and do not need to return free gifts that were received with your purchase.
 
We are unable to control delivery time frames once the carrier has picked up your package from us.

Refunds for any damage will reflect the cost of the product minus any discount code used.
This policy does not apply to any products sent via a mail forwarding service (ports), as we are unable to guarantee that the damage came from the shipping carrier we used, or the forwarder that shipped to you once the product was received by them.
 
 I DO NOT LIKE THE COLOR OR SCENT OF A PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO?
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to refund, in the event you decide you don't like the color or scent that was added to a product. We try our hardest to list all details and ingredients on our website for customers to view prior to purchasing. We only use cosmetic/food grade flavor oils to scent certain products such as our lip products and skincare.
