DIRECTIONS:
Add a small amount of water to your face, or directly onto cleansing pad. Apply the cleansing pad directly to your face and wipe in a circular motion for 1-2 minutes. Let sit for up to 10 minutes. Rinse well and follow up with your favorite moisturizer or serum. Skin staining can occur since product is made with turmeric. This is normal and can easily be washed out with your favorite cleanser.

Purging is a contained period of adjustment to a product, starting about two to four weeks after using a new treatment and lasting four to eight weeks or so. During a purge, the skin pushes all the excess oil, sebum, dead skin cells, and other debris to the surface to get rid of it.
Purging (temporary breakout) occurs when an ingredient attempts to speed up the skin’s natural pace of shedding and renewal. Please trust the process.
Our Turmeric Face Cleansing Pads are made with natural plant based surfactants (the foaming agent) which is made to NOT strip the skin. These do lather but not like your average face wash since these are synthetic free. We suggest practicing on the back of your hand or arm to get the lather you desire.
Each jar holds 25-30 pads and are already wet so you do not have to re-wet them.
Our Turmeric Face Cleansing Pads also help to fight pimples, dark circles, eczema patches, oily skin, dry skin, psoriasis, scars, dark marks, dark neck, chin and cheeks, elbows, knees, and inner thighs. They are suitable for all skin types and are gentle and non-irritating.
Suggested Use: Everyday or every other day, depending on each individual’s needs. Follow up with your fave toner and moisturizer. If you have oily skin, we suggest using 2 pads to get all of the oil from your skin.

How long is Klarity Kosmetics shipping and processing?
We are currently shipping within 2-5 business days during non-sales and 7-10 business days during high volume sales, and 10-15 business days during holidays (Such as Black Friday and Christmas, etc.). This does not include pre-ordered items. If you added other items on an order that contained a pre-ordered item, everything will ship together along with the pre-ordered product.
PLEASE NOTE: THAT WHEN ORDERING A PRE-ORDERED ITEM/ITEMS FROM US AND IT HAS A "BEGIN SHIPPING BY" DATE ON IT, THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED ON THAT DAY. IT SIMPLY MEANS THAT WE WILL BEGIN SHIPPING ORDERS, IN THE ORDER THEY WERE RECEIVED ON THAT DAY, AND ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN THE 7-10 BUSINESS DAY TIME FRAME ABOVE DUE TO THE HIGH SALES VOLUME. WE OPERATE WITH A SMALL TEAM OF 3 AND PUSH OUT AS MANY ORDERS AS WE CAN A DAY.
Once an order is pulled for processing to be shipped you will receive a shipping notification.
I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.
At checkout, our website gives you the option to receive your order confirmation via email or text message. In most cases, if you did not receive an email, it means sms was selected at check out. But no worries, if you did not receive either, send us a quick email to sales@klaritykosmetics.com along with the name that was on the order, and we will get you squared away.
My package shows delivered, but I didn't get it. What do I do?
Klarity Kosmetics offers Route shipping protection insurance that covers your package in the event of lost, stolen, or damaged packages. This is automatically added to each customers cart, with the option to remove it. If you remove this protection from your cart, Klarity Kosmetics is NOT responsible for the lost or stolen package, and we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement. If your package is showing delivered, but you did not receive it, you would need to contact your local post office or carrier that delivered to you. All carriers are required to sign into their scanner using their badge, and the scanner show the exact location a package was left. Sometimes they may have just left it with a neighbor, and it can quickly be located. You can also email us at sales@klaritykosmetics.com if they need additional information to assist in locating your package.
My package is being returned to sender, what do I do?
It can take 30-45 days due to Covid for the assigned carrier to return a package to us. Once it is received back, we will notify you to see if you would like the items to be resent. Once confirmed we will send an invoice for you to repay the outgoing shipping charge. Should you choose not to have the package reshipped, we will refund the cost of your order minus shipping fees since these are paid directly to the shipping carrier when we shipped to you.
Klarity Kosmetics is not responsible for any shipment delays/issues caused by USPS, UPS, or DHL.
International Customers & Packages
Unfortunately, Klarity Kosmetics is not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be charged to you upon delivery of your package to your country, and we do not reimburse for it. Should you choose a shipping option and decide not to pay for taxes and duties once it reaches your country, we do not refund the order nor shipping, since most times the delivery service will mark the package as abandon and it’s often not returned to us.
We also do not adjust the value on the label, as this is illegal. Klarity Kosmetics is also not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes of delays once the package has exited the United States.
Please be sure to check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
