Damaged Items Policy
- I Received A Broken Product What Do I Do?
Unfortunately, the postal service, can be a bit rough with your packages, no matter how much we bubble wrap and secure it! Here are a list of our requirements in the event that you received a damaged product. A photo of the damaged product (s) MUST BE emailed to us within 24 HRS of your package showing delivered via tracking so that we can have on file for our records. Once receive that, you are able to also file a claim with the postal service using your tracking number to be reimbursed for the damage.

You also have 24 hours once your package shows delivered to report anything missing. We take photos and video of each shipment we package to insure all contents are included in your order.
Your complete satisfaction with Klarity Kosmetics is extremely important to us. Therefore, we respectfully accept any return you may have on all unopened, undamaged, unused products you may have (THIS EXCLUDES ANY AND ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS). Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for returned merchandise. We issue store credits in the form of a store gift card that never expires. In order to receive the store credit, the merchandise must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Once received, we will issue the electronic gift card to the email address that was provided, when your order was placed.

Everything on our line is handmade to order, so you can insure that your product hasn't just been sitting around on a shelf. We DO NOT mail out replacements, since all of our stock is made to order. By completing and purchasing an order, you agree to these terms.
- How long is Klarity Kosmetics shipping?
Klarity Kosmetics ships ALL PACKAGES through USPS unless you select another shipping carrier during checkout. Packages are picked up M-F from 10 AM & 4 PM. Once your package leaves the Klarity Kosmetics Shipping Department, we aren’t responsible for any delays associated with the shipping provider.
Your order will be shipped within 7-10 business days during high volume sales, new releases and holidays (Such as Black Friday and Christmas, etc.) & 5-7 business days during non-sales. Once an order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification.
International Customers & Packages
Klarity Kosmetics is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any customs or duty fees that may be charged to you upon delivery of your package to your country, and we DO NOT reimburse for it, so please keep this in mind when placing an order.
- What if my package is Lost/Stolen?
Klarity Kosmetics IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for Lost/Stolen packages. If your package shows DELIVERED, you are required to contact the postal service and file a claim with them to be reimbursed. Claims can be filed on the postal service website using your tracking number, and they will reimburse you by sending you a check in the mail. You may also contact them at 1(800)275-8777 to report and file a claim. Please note that if you did not add INSURANCE coverage to your order during checkout, you void having it added to your package and neither Klarity Kosmetics nor USPS is responsible for any damages that may occur during transit. Klarity Kosmetics will still take every step to insure your package is packaged as securely as possible to try and prevent a damaged product arriving.
- Can I Cancel/Change My Order?
Klarity Kosmetics does not cancel orders once they have been placed and by placing an order you the customer agree to this.
WE DO NOT adjust orders once they have been placed. If you forgot something, you will have to place another order. This helps us keep track of inventory to insure we have everything in stock for all orders.
